President Biden Stands by Hunter, Enjoying Weekend Retreat at Camp David Despite Controversy

President Joe Biden continues to show unwavering support for his son, Hunter Biden, by taking him to Camp David for the second weekend in a row. Joined by First Lady Jill Biden, the President boarded Marine One at Fort McNair in Washington, D.C., for a relaxing getaway in Maryland. Hunter Biden, along with his son Beau and several White House aides, joined the family for the weekend retreat.

Despite recent legal issues, President Biden has made it clear that he will not distance himself from his son. Hunter Biden recently entered into a plea agreement with the Department of Justice, which is expected to spare him from jail time on tax violations and a felony gun charge. The agreement is scheduled for approval by a judge in Delaware later this month.

Conservatives have criticized the President’s decision to travel with Hunter to Camp David for a second time. The New York Post reported on their trip, leading some to question their motives and suggest a potential strategy. Representative Darrell Issa’s spokesperson, Jonathan Wilcox, expressed concerns about the alignment of their stories.

Despite the controversy, President Biden remains steadfast in his support for his son. Their joint visits to Camp David serve as a testament to the President’s commitment to his family, even in the face of ongoing scandals.
