In an unfortunate turn of events, Tyrell Young, a 28-year-old Kansas City resident, is now facing severe charges after the tragic death of Marcos A. Munoz-Benitez, a 49-year-old immigrant from Mexico and a mechanic. The incident occurred during a heated argument between Young and Munoz-Benitez over a television that Young believed had been stolen from his vehicle.

Witnesses state that an enraged Young confronted Munoz-Benitez at a local mechanic shop, accusing him of being responsible for the missing TV from his Chevrolet Camaro. The shop’s surveillance footage captured the confrontation, showing Young drawing a hidden firearm and shooting the victim. Shockingly, Young continued to shoot and physically assault Munoz-Benitez even after he had fallen to the ground, injured.

The video also depicts Munoz-Benitez attempting to communicate with Young, explaining that he did not speak English and trying to make a phone call for assistance. Unfortunately, just moments after his failed attempt to make the call, the fatal shots were fired.
